What can we say about Team Red, White and Blue? Their mission of enriching the lives of our veterans through physical and social activity in their community is as noble as it is awesome. February's race is all about honoring our veterans and helping Team RWB raise funds to help even more people across our great country.
We love animals and share our one planet with them. Our January race raises funds for the Animal Welfare Institute. Since 1951, they have been dedicated to reducing the suffering of animals. We are partnering with them to help raise awareness of the need to protect animals in the wild and ensure that there is a future for everyone and everything.
Our December event supports the Snowdrop Foundation. This amazing foundation is dedicated to assisting patients and families at Texas Children’s Cancer Center through funding for continued research to eliminate childhood cancer and scholarships for college-bound pediatric cancer patients and survivors. Join us to raise funds to make their holidays brighter.
We live on it and we can’t live without it. November is all about cherishing and giving thanks for our amazing planet and raise awareness about our need to take care of it. This isn’t about making a political statement or anything like that. We just want to share the love for our home. This month’s charity is the Nature Conservancy. They work hard to help in conservation efforts and we want to do our part to support them.
October is when we support an amazing charity that helps children in Kenya affected by HIV/AIDS. The Tumaini Childrenʼs Project (TCP) is an international youth-focused, non-profit (charitable) organization that provides hope and opportunity to orphaned Kenyan children affected by HIV/AIDS by caring for them, educating them and implementing sustainable development projects.
When it comes to worthy causes, helping prevent and treat childhood cancer is right at the top of the list. We are continually inspired by the strength and determination of kids fighting cancer and want to do our part to help them. September’s race benefits Alex’s Lemonade Stand, an amazing foundation that helps fund research to treat cancer in kids.
